RFQ

Request a Packaging Quote

Package Asia is building a structured cross-border RFQ workflow for buyers who need packaging suppliers in Asia. The goal is to help buyers submit one clear specification that can be compared across suitable suppliers instead of sending incomplete inquiries one by one.

What to prepare before requesting quotes

1. Packaging format

Box, bottle, jar, pouch, label, tray, mailer or another format.

2. Dimensions & material

Size, capacity, material grade, barrier or strength requirements.

3. Quantity

Initial order quantity and expected annual or repeat volume.

4. Decoration

Printing, colors, labels, coating, embossing or premium finishing.

5. Compliance

Food contact, cosmetics, recycling, testing or certification needs.

6. Delivery

Destination country, target delivery date and preferred shipping terms.

Why detailed RFQs get better quotations

A request that says only “price for 10,000 boxes” is difficult to compare. Suppliers may quote different board grades, printing methods, finishes or shipping assumptions. A structured RFQ reduces ambiguity and makes price, MOQ, tooling, lead time and quality differences easier to evaluate.

Compare more than unit price

  • MOQ and price breaks
  • Tooling, molds, plates and setup charges
  • Sample cost and approval process
  • Production lead time
  • Quality-control process
  • Export experience and documentation
  • Incoterms and freight assumptions

FAQ

Can I request quotes from multiple countries?

That is the intended model. A buyer may compare suitable suppliers across countries when the specification is consistent enough for meaningful comparison.

Does Package Asia guarantee supplier performance?

No. Matching and listings support discovery. Buyers remain responsible for samples, due diligence, contracts, compliance and commercial decisions.
